Love, the True Creator

Jane Anetrini

From age to age, Love’s word rings forth…

In every moment, love’s word is ringing forth. Are we paying attention? In the beginning is Love. As you read this, there is Love. If you come back and read this again, Love will be here. Love does not ring forth in the past or the future. It rings in this now moment. Are we paying attention?

This past weekend Primal Spirituality 3, Taking Intelligent Action was offered at Sunrise Ranch. Thank you to the faculty: Gary Goodhue, Bexx Biehl-Kashyap, and Sece Foster. Over 20 participants were there. One of the participants spoke about all the books she had read regarding laws of leadership, habits of effective people, and a guide to being vulnerable. She said there was minimal impact at the time she read them. They could have been written in another language. During the class, they all came to mind and made sense. She realized her own authority in these areas.

What happened? An openness to the tone of Love that was offered allowed a transformation. Sometimes we have to listen and listen again to Love’s word ringing forth. Those books were all primers for the tone of the truth of love that she heard and experienced clearly through the day of Primal Spirituality 3.

We are often blessed with opportunities to be exposed to things that we won’t necessarily understand the first time around. The vibration that drew us to the books assists us in hearing the tone of Love’s word. I remember reading the Seth books when I was in college. When I read them, they opened up this portal in my thinking that I had never been introduced to before. It was a matter of timing and what I was capable of hearing at the time. Something changed in my awareness.

When we are born we are born as a child of Love, bathed in the beauty and light of the source of our being. We are rarely reminded of that reality. I was never told to turn my face to Love or to remember how much I am loved by the source of my being. I never remember being held lovingly by my mother and wished I had some of those “hallmark” memories. I often wondered why I didn’t. I was surprised the other day when my sister posted a photo of me lying in my crib, probably about 3 years old with my thumb in my mouth and lying next to me curled up to fit in the crib was my mother. When I saw that picture, I wrote my sister and said, “Is that me?” Because I couldn’t believe the presence of that love was so real, and I don’t remember it. I have no memories of that kind of sweetness and there it was, proof that it was there.

That’s how it can be. Love has always been there. Most of us have forgotten. Give thanks for all the reminders that Love’s word rings forth. Give thanks for what you know now.

In Revelation, John speaks about the Book of Life. The question arises, who can open that Book? The language in Revelation is symbolic and mystical. He speaks about all those who can’t open it

And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

Revelation 5: 3-5

Clearly, the author of the book can open it. The bringer of Life writes in the book. When our face is turned to Love we participate in writing the next page.

The Book of Life is neither a historical novel nor a futuristic story. It is a living revelation. It is written now when Love’s word rings forth.

We must turn to Love’s ringing tone.

Many things assist us in hearing that tone. Books, relationships, wise friends, prayer, forgiveness, gratitude. And Love’s word is sounding in every moment calling us home and into remembrance. This is not a solo journey. We are ultimately responsible for consciously paying attention and keeping our face turned to love. And all of humanity is designed to do this together.

I had an experience yesterday of a young man asking me several probing questions about spiritual things and about Sunrise Ranch. He asked, “How did Sunrise Ranch happen? Who built this place? Why did people come here?” He has been connected to Sunrise all his life. My job was to make sure my answers carried the truth of Love. I mentioned a group of people came together to consciously build a community under the inspiration of God. He may understand my answers and might not. Just like the books I spoke about earlier, perhaps something was opening up for him. I wanted to see if he had any other questions. One of the things he asked was, “Well, how do you do that? How do you build stuff together? How do you be a community?” And I said, “Try it. Express it. Do the highest and finest you can, and be with people who want to do that with you and see what that feels like. See what you create together.”

This is true for thousands of people searching and hungry to know and understand. I liken it to a pregnancy. My words, your words may assist a person to move from eight and a half months pregnant to birth! Love ringing forth through your voice may result in that “Aha!” moment for a person, a change of identity. It is a big change to go from being pregnant to becoming a mom. It is a big change to go from being curious to knowing. Even if you had someone telling you your whole life that you are a child of Love, it is different when you know it.

The Book of Life cannot be memorized and regurgitated. It must be created. It must be lived.

In the beginning is love, and guess what? At this moment, this is a beginning right now. We’re no longer five minutes ago, and we’re not at the end of this paper. So, in the beginning, right now is Love. It’s true for you, it’s true for me, and we can write in the Book of Life by paying attention and turning and keeping our faces in that direction. When you’ve turned and you’re paying attention to what is holy, you are writing in the Book of Life. The truth of Love is having its way with you because it is who you are.

There are a lot of movies, books, and stories that talk about people who realize what they always wanted was right in front of them. Probably the most well-known is The Wizard of Oz. Home was right there! Stories are written about these kinds of things because, in the human experience, we don’t always see the shimmering reality that’s right in front of us. From age to age Love’s word rings forth. That is true now and is true in every moment. The truth is true, all is well, unconquerable life is prevailing and we live in a benevolent universe.

So, let us pay attention to that tone of Love. Let’s create a new world together, Let’s turn the page and create the next chapter in the Book of Life.

  1. As we each come to appreciate the story of our own Book of Life, its intentions, possibilities and application in the world, we become part of the Great Library of all people.

There is a Yellow Brick Road for each of us, not to guide us to the Wizard of Oz in the Emerald City, but to the truth of who we are and why we are here. In so doing, we find that the things we were seeking – a lion’s courage, etc. – are present within, not without. We have what is required.

    Thank you, Jane.

  2. Love, the true creator. The art of Being? I read many books in my quest to learn about the art of living. What I really loved, was to BE with a person whose presence made me experience it. As I did with my master silversmith; his love for the craft, his presence at the workbench as I learned to create forms in silver.

I also remember my first music-teacher. Not the practice to learn, but her presence. Her love for music flowing freely through fingers on the piano. Much I have forgotten, but something is stored in my heart, so I still play. Just as other things shared through the source of Being, can be brought to our awareness.

  3. What a beautiful message and so glad you saw the picture of you and your mom – a blessing to all – as a reminder of what we may have forgotten and are lovingly reminded.

  4. A young woman that I have been corresponding with for many years asked me about the origin of loneliness. I wrote to her that it indicates disconnection from the source of one’s own being. She also asked about boredom. I said they are two sides of the same coin.

You make all of this so clear, Jane, in this Pulse, along with a compelling invitation to simply open “the book of life.” As a fellow Lion of Love it is an honor to open it with you.

  5. I feel honored to turn that page with you Jane…turning over a new leaf so to speak. Thus it is that all things are made new in our own experience. This process of constant renewal first takes place within our own state of consciousness i.e. the heaven, the invisible realm, fulfilling the words of Jesus: “The kingdom of Heaven is at hand!”

    Hallelujah!!!!
