At the beginning of the creative process, darkness is on the face of the deep. And because every moment is a beginning, we each bring our own share of darkness to our experience now. Our darkness is the unformed and the unknown. It is the unshaped depth of consciousness that powers our emotions, and it is the unformed potential of life. How we hold that darkness in our life is a critical factor. We can believe it shouldn’t be there, that it’s something to be dreaded, something to be covered over and avoided. Or we can learn to welcome it.

The human world has obscured darkness. The use of artificial illumination has chased away the darkness of night. There are many things that obscure the darkness of the deep that are present in each of us—television, the Internet and obsessive work, to name a few. How can there be magic in our lives if we don’t make friends with our darkness?

When you welcome your own darkness, you embrace a great pool of substance. And when the focus of awareness touches that pool, the creative vibration moving through thought and feeling activates it. We become powerful in our life when we not only welcome the darkness but when we know what to do to let something happen in that darkness, when we let the reality of our own spirit engage the darkness. Only then can something new happen.

If a person wants to experience the pleasure and fulfillment of creation, then old structures that are constraining them have to be left behind. Life doesn’t continue to build structure on structure, thing upon thing that keeps piling up, with nothing changing or breaking down. Forms of life are born and they pass away. They’re not here forever. What was a form from the past becomes raw material for what’s next. Through it all, life is revealed.

In the world the way it is, something has to break if pleasure and fulfillment is to come. It is easier when a person participates in the process consciously and deliberately. But, for the most part, that’s not how human beings are doing it on Planet Earth. They’re trying to preserve things that are well past their sell-by date. Life is on the move, and if old experiences are being clung to, something’s got to break.

The question becomes, where is the person in the midst of that experience? Are they attached to what is breaking? That’s hard. When something is breaking in our own life, we have a chance to see that the reality of who we are transcends what is breaking. We have the opportunity to find out that the reality of who we are is eternal being; that we are breaking open, not breaking down. And in that is power.

From: Spiritual and Emotional Mastery
David Karchere
November 8, 2010

The word we use for people who are called to the apex place in consciousness for humanity is priesthood. They are called to let what is present at the apex of the whole body of human consciousness change. They are called to spiritual mastery, by whatever name and to be masterful in letting what’s present in the Invisible pour through and transform consciousness.

There is a need and a call to the spiritual maturity that is necessary for spiritual mastery. What I’ve found is there’s no such thing as spiritual mastery or spiritual maturity without there first being emotional maturity and emotional mastery. And emotional mastery implies emotional surrender. It implies being mastered by what you’re surrendering to. And the only way that real emotional mastery comes is as the emotional body surrenders to the Unseen.

So we are called to emotional maturity, not emotional repression or emotional recklessness. Where there is emotional maturity and emotional mastery, who and what we are can vibrate with Spirit, and we are in position to have a profound influence in the body of consciousness of humanity.

From: Spiritual and Emotional Mastery
David Karchere
November 8, 2010

There are four primary human emotions: fear, anger, happiness and sadness. These four emotions relate to the longing of the human soul. A key factor is whether there is a conscious openness to the influence of Spirit that lets in what the soul is longing for.

The human soul cries out for a fuller experience of the unseen Spirit that is its source. And when it cries out, it seems like it’s crying out in anger and in sadness and in fear, and in happiness. When spiritual reality is present and available through a person and the emotions are opened up to that reality, the spiritual reality has the opportunity to answer the call of the emotional body, to step in and give the emotional body what it’s looking for—to say, in essence, “I know what you want.” When the spiritual reality of a person steps into that emotional body, the experience changes.

Most people are afraid of their own emotions and, for the most part, do their best to sideline them so they don’t interfere with their life. They feel threatened by their emotions, much as a parent might feel threatened by a crying, angry child. We have the opportunity to hear the calls of the emotional body and to step in and to bring the authority of Spirit. And, from the standpoint of our emotional body, we have a chance to release and be mastered by the reality of Spirit, which is our own ultimate reality.

From: Spiritual and Emotional Mastery
David Karchere
November 8, 2010

The substance of the emotional body determines what happens in your life and in mine, and in the life of humanity. Do you think the advertisers of the world want that from you? The advertisers of the world want your emotional body, make no mistake. The politicians of the world want your emotional body. The businesspeople of the world, the financiers of the world, want your emotional body. The religious leaders of the world want it. And for most of humanity, they’ve got it. Make no mistake. Because if they’ve got your feelings, they’ve got your money, they’ve got your labor, they’ve got your thinking, they’ve got your way of living. They’ve got you.

So the gold standard for setting the direction of a person’s life, and the life of humanity, is the ability to capture the response of the emotional body. As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. That is where he will go. If we find ourselves working with what is at the apex of consciousness, we are interested in letting the emotional body be set free so that spiritual reality can govern in human consciousness, and so that the reality of who we are as divine beings can be present in and through human consciousness. As we let it be so for ourselves, the capstone experience is present for us personally and for the body of humanity.

From: The Flow of Truth
Maureen Waller
November 15, 2010

I’ve been thinking about a place where I lived for a time years ago. Because the local water was very hard, the pipes in the house had been almost totally calcified. And so when a water softener was installed, which was a wonderful idea, many of the pipes that were being held together only by the deposits sprang leaks, and it looked as though there was something wrong. Of course there was work to do to clear that up, because you can’t have leaking water all over the place. So the work on that was done, and then the water could run freely through those pipes.

I see this as a wonderful image, portraying what is happening in the world these days: a softening of the calcification in human hearts as the truth pours through. As it does, it shows up the leaks. That can be very frightening, because it looks as if something is wrong. I’d say something is right with that. But there need to be people who know what to do when the leaks show up, that’s for sure.

What I’m working towards is not just improving and clarifying my own experience. I am looking to the future, so that the work I have done—which is owning what I create—can contribute to what happens for others and can help to decalcify those channels through which the truth can flow. Allowing the flow of the water of truth to dissolve the calcified places in the human heart often requires that we be prepared for some discomfort, as the way that has been familiar passes away. But I would ask, hasn’t the familiar way been painful? So the choice is clear. Accept and open to that process of healing or have a more and more limited experience. That choice is for each one to make.

From: Catch Fire!
Ruth Buckingham
November 22, 2010

Consider the opportunity we have to catch fire, to be available and willing to be in the creative current moving through human consciousness. It is that current that is bringing evolution and that is changing what humanity is experiencing. It is our time. It is the opportunity that we have been waiting for—we who know that our mission is to assist in raising the level of human awareness.

Now this is a two-edged sword. It’s very easy to get enthused and inspired by the idea. But as consciousness continues to evolve, the pressure of change comes on and we become aware of our own personal pattern of resistance. There comes a point when there is a choice. There is a time when we reach what has been a ceiling. What do we do then? We can choose to accept the ceiling and, to some extent, fall back asleep. Or we can move on the compulsion to break open and welcome something huge in our experience.

There is a new level and frequency of consciousness calling us, a new stage in our development that is requiring us to step up. If you have been walking on your spiritual path for a time, you might find yourself saying, “Oh, but I’ve done that before. What do you mean ‘another step up’?” The call “to catch fire” is a call to move beyond where we’ve been before and to see discomfort, dis-ease and disturbance as indications that things are changing and Spirit is on the move. The ceilings we bump into are not limits to stay beneath, sitting quietly, hoping they’ll go away, or struggling valiantly to remove them from our experience. They are the precursors to a new experience and a new world.

From: Destiny Out of the Box
David Karchere
October 4, 2010

There is a very powerful story in Genesis, the story of Abraham believing that he has been called to sacrifice his son, Isaac. In that day human sacrifice was common among the peoples of the world. And we see it continuing in the story of Jesus, which includes a story of a sacrifice of a son, and a belief that this was something that God ordained, rather than something that God used to the highest advantage. At the last moment Abraham, responding to the voice of the angel coming from within himself, withheld the knife and sacrificed a ram caught in a nearby thicket. We see this ram as a symbol of a mind locked in the past—a mind that sees the impulse of the divine through mental structures from out of the past. We are either going to sacrifice those structures or we are going to sacrifice what is symbolically represented here by Isaac. And there was so much of all of Abraham’s life that was tied up in his son.

In the process of interpreting what life has in store for us in terms of mental structures out of the past, there is something that’s sacrificed—probably not nearly so dramatically as sacrificing a firstborn son, but there is something of life and of destiny for any one of us that is sacrificed. There is something of God’s promise to Abraham that is still present with every human being. It wasn’t just unique to him. The seed of what we offer in our life could be prolific and wonderful, creating something that would be a blessing to all the world. Is that not possible for a human life? Is that not possible for us together, with other people? It is possible when we set our destiny free from the box in which we have held it.

From: Destiny Out of the Box
David Karchere
October 4, 2010

There is so much that will come in our life if we are willing to sacrifice our ideas about how it should come. Those ideas, for any of us, are dressed up in clothes of righteousness. They always come that way. For people associated with Emissaries of Divine Light, those ideas could show up as Emissary ideas. That’s how we think of them. But I don’t mean to pick on us, because people around the world are doing the same thing, whatever the religion or philosophy, whatever the pattern of belief, whether it’s secular or sacred. What I want to know is not whether it’s an Emissary idea—is this God’s idea? Is this really what God has in store? For us to know what’s in store for us, from the standpoint of the divine, we have to find a higher place from which we can meet the impulse of spirit on its own terms.

In the Book of Revelation, John talks about turning to see the voice that speaks with him. You do have to turn to clearly receive the impulse at work within you. You have to turn away from what you don’t like about what is happening in the circumstance of your life, and away from your beliefs about how fulfillment should come, to find out what life is trying to bring if you would let it. Later John speaks about a new heaven and a new earth coming down from God out of heaven. When we turn, we get to see what’s coming out of the future into the present. We get to be in the place of knowing that there is something wonderful happening, there is something wonderful manifesting now. When we are, we can say, “I see it. I’m participating in it. I know I have a vital part to play in it. It’s coming through me, as well as everybody else and everything else.”

From: Thee Cloud
David Karchere
October 11, 2010

The body of humanity is currently living in a negative energy field. In that sense, there is a dark cloud, and that dark cloud of negative energy has been generated over millennia. It has been fed by the words and actions of people, born out of all kinds of unwholesome spirits—the spirits of hate and fear and all that is born from them. The residue of all those words and all those actions, all that expression on that basis, is a dark cloud. Unwittingly, people all over the world tend to express themselves from out of that cloud, having received something from it into their experience.

There are people around the world who are celebrating the reality of a different kind of cloud; because while humanity has a legacy that has produced the dark cloud, there is also another kind of legacy, the legacy of our spiritual ancestors, men and women of true integrity down through the ages, who have refused to live out of the human energy field as it has been. There have been people in every generation who have said no, I’m going to make a different choice in my life. I’m going to generate a cloud that carries the positive, creative energy, which is the most real thing about me.

This cloud lets the radiance of who you are be conveyed to the world. People can feel your light and warmth through the generation of this cloud. And they can remember those qualities about themselves. This cloud opens a portal to the invisible radiance at our core and allows what has been invisible and unseen to become seen. You might say that this is our biggest challenge as human beings—to find a way to let the unseen and unheard that is at our core be seen and heard.

From: The Cloud
David Karchere
October 11, 2010

As there is spiritual generation personally and collectively, the cloud of glory thickens. And that changes our experience. We know that has powerful and profound implications for our world. We know it changes the people around us as they begin to touch it in us and therefore touch it in themselves. We know that, in that sense, this cloud is contagious, and it invites everyone to take responsibility for contributing to the generation of it. We have the experience that as any group of us cares more about contributing to the collective cloud of glory for all of humanity than we care about our own fulfillment as an isolated human being, we experience something glorious among us.

The personal journey only goes so far, until we see that our fate and our destiny are tied up with a much larger fate and destiny. We find that our own fate and destiny only makes sense in that larger context. And as much as we might try to work it out personally and individually, that attempt keeps us locked into the dark cloud, because in that is self-interest, and in self-interest we get locked into the human state as it has been. We become free as we are investing in our collective future by investing our substance in the cloud of glory that we are generating with other people, and ultimately for all of humanity. Our life becomes easy and fun and joyful when we see that we’re really here to contribute to that larger outworking. That is our freedom and our liberation, and the fulfillment of why we’re here.

From: In This Beginning
Jane Anetrini
October 18

It has been my experience that the person extending a blessing experiences as much or more than the one receiving it. When we live in this current of blessing, magical things happen. The human mind can feel that it has lost control. There may even be a desire to slow things down and return to the familiar. The decisions you make in those moments are critical for your creative movement in life. Do you choose to be in the now-here, in what’s real, and welcome the new earth that’s appearing? Or do you try to hold on to what is already in the past?

In this present moment there is a beginning and in this beginning is the Word—the unformed magic of being—and the Word is with God, brought by those who are spiritually present. Who will be the creator in this beginning? Who will create the substance that allows the new heaven to be present so the new earth can appear?

Nobody can bestow a blessing on the earth in the same way you can. No one can bring what is yours to bring. When we bring what is ours to bring together, our individual expression is magnified exponentially. The field we hold together becomes filled with possibility and magic.

From: Orientation
David Karchere
October 25, 2010

Recently I visited a religious retreat center and in the dining room I had my meals underneath a statue of a dying man on a cross. While I respect that this symbol has religious significance to many wonderful people around the world, and in a way that I may not be able to understand, I found it unpleasant to be eating under this representation of one of the most awful forms of execution that humanity has invented. It made me think about the origin of this symbol. It is a remarkable feat that the Roman Empire, which crucified Jesus, claimed that its church was the authoritative proponent of his teachings and that the crucifixion it carried out was God’s will. As I gazed upon the crucifix, it seemed to me that the Roman Empire had a conflict of interest when it came to that view.

Whenever spiritual vision has been brought, the surrounding culture has swallowed it up. The amazing clarity that Jesus brought was greatly misunderstood by almost all the disciples closest to him and by those who came immediately after him. So it wasn’t only the Romans who covered over who he was and what he brought. Today, many people turn Jesus into a religious icon. They adulate him and call him Savior for having been crucified for humanity’s sins. Many more dismiss him as a fabrication of religion. Either way, the result is that the reality he brought has been almost entirely covered over, largely unavailable and inaccessible to people now. Like other spiritual visionaries, Jesus brought the most central factor in human experience, which has been symbolized by the sun. He is a salient example of how difficult it is to bring true orientation into the human experience, and how quickly that orientation gets covered over.

From: Orientation
David Karchere
October 25, 2010

So what is most central for you in your life and for our life together? What deserves to stand at the middle of it? What deserves to be the reference point for our life, for our work, for our thoughts and for our feelings?

Our thoughts and our feeling and our capacity to move energy—and we do have tremendous capacity to move energy, for better or for worse, I notice—were created to build a sun, so that in our midst there is that which is most central, that which is radiant, which brings warmth and gravity and light to our world. I believe that if some number of us did this, it would have profound impact. It would be life-changing and world-changing. And there’s nothing this planet needs more than people who are being and building a sun.

People notice as we do this work, because there is a spiritual technology that connects all people around the world. When people do this work, it’s as if the town crier was walking through human consciousness. We share a collective field of consciousness around the world. And when the sun is out, it is inviting sun-beings from all four corners of this creative field to come together and build a sun.

There seem to be two possibilities in these family relationships. There’s the opportunity to say, “That’s the way I’ve always been with __________,” or “That’s what always happens when we’re together.” Or there’s the other side of it—to say, “Remember when… Remember when there was simplicity and there was passion, and there was just the fun of being together, of playing together.” We get very tied up with our adult responsibilities and the structures that we have to use to have a life, to earn money, to work. But there was simplicity, there was innocence, in youth. I long for that space of communion. And often family is the hardest place to find it!

I was grateful for the family patterns that bumped up against me during my recent travels, so that I could see what it was that was preventing me from finding this communion. What gets in the way? What stops us fulfilling the potential of the present moment, where bringing in the baggage of the past gets in the way, where doing things the way my mother did, the way my boss does, suggests I have to do things the same way.

Do you ever ask, “Why am I in this place at this time? Why am I in this family? Why am I in partnership with this man or this woman?” Because there is potential for something larger to occur if we’re open to it, because we free ourselves from habitual patterns that can come up so readily, so quickly.

From: The Eternal and the Infinite
David Karchere
September 13, 2010

We experience our lives in this space-time continuum, which extends to who-knows-where in space, and from and to who-knows-where in time. Effective living, fulfilled living, occurs when a person comes to focus in the middle of all that, not worrying about the future or agonizing over the past, and not worrying about what’s happening over here or over there. When a person is now and here, in the middle of the space-time continuum, something can come to focus in their experience.

There are familiar words for what lies beyond the space-time continuum. Beyond space is the infinite, and beyond time is the eternal. When we are in the here and now, we are in position to bring the infinite and the eternal. It becomes very natural for us to bring that reality into this place, right in the middle of the space-time continuum. Of course most people find themselves overwhelmed by space and time—it’s keeping them, perhaps keeping them imprisoned. People agonize over the past and worry about the future.

But our destiny is to bring the eternal and the infinite into the now and here, into the middle of the space-time continuum. When we do, we are tending and keeping the Garden, as it was put. There is the creative process transpiring, for which we are responsible. And there is something changing in the awareness of humanity. There is an evolution of consciousness. Consciousness evolves in a creative direction when the eternal and the infinite are in the midst of that change.

From: The Eternal and the Infinite
David Karchere
September 13, 2010

The words truth and love relate to the eternal and the infinite. The truth for any person is “I am the truth of love here and now, in this moment.” Where we bring the eternal into the creative process, there are things in our world that do move. Our most immediate world is our own body—not just the physical body but also the emotional and mental bodies, and even the spiritual body. All of that is changed by the eternal. When I am present in the midst of this most personal of worlds, shifts occur. If I have a belief in my own limitations or in the limitations of another, well that’s going to have to change. If I have feelings in my emotional body that take me out of the here and now, they will have to change. If I am lamenting an ancient agony from my own life, that emotion is going to be reshaped and transformed by the eternal. It will be changed by the changeless if I let it be.

We are convening a creative field of consciousness. At the center of that field are people who say, “We are remembering who we are.” We are remembering, both in the sense that it is coming into our awareness that our inmost reality is eternal, and in the sense that we are re-membering our body. The vibration that springs forth from the eternal does call us to wholeness as a person. The vibration of the eternal calls us to physical, mental and emotional health. If we are bringing the vibration of the eternal, we are also bringing the pattern of wholeness for humankind. We are calling humanity to wholeness and to the next step in its spiritual evolution.

Our beliefs substitute for the absolute in life. “I know only one thing…I’m a failure.” People cling to things like this and, under pressure, they come out as a guiding force in their life. These substitute absolutes get inculcated into our consciousness early on and remain unexamined. People accept things like “Life is hard, and then you die.” This is very powerful. It creates the experience one is both dreading and insisting upon.

Do you ever think about what’s absolute in your life? What needs no justification? What needs no defending? I’ll tell you what it is for me: I am the Truth of Love. Big statement! Even now I feel a quavering. Can I get away with saying that? Can I say that aloud and make it stick? What does that mean? Can I live up to something about which I have limiting, substitute beliefs? To live my destiny, I have to accept this myself and live it, no matter what.

How can a mere human being come to this conclusion: “I am the Truth of Love”? It sounds so theoretical and inflated. “You’ve got quite an opinion of yourself there…” Such thinking comes from absolutes that have been inculcated and have become bedrock beliefs that just aren’t true. They need to be displaced by something that carries the ring of truth. I can’t think of anything more fitting than “I am the Truth of Love,” because I am.

Surrender everything that isn’t true; give it up. It doesn’t serve you to believe that life is horrible. Surrender to God, to spirit, to the Truth of Love. The part of us that has a hard time surrendering and accepting things as they are is what I call the small self. An acronym for the small self is small, enmeshed in human drama, limited and flailing around.

As soon as the stuff that creates interference gets surrendered, gets put out of the way, the already-present true self emerges. There’s an acronym for this as well; the true SELF: Spirit Enjoying Living Form. I am enjoying this living form. I am a vehicle for spirit to move through, to enjoy, and, as such, I express the Word that transforms the world.

What wells up for me in proclaiming that I am the Truth of Love is an intense mix of power, destiny, greatness and profound humility. In humility, the step to take is to accept the privilege and responsibility of personal greatness and destiny—the privilege and responsibility of being spirit in living form. This can be a stretch to believe, but the fact is this is a potent force. I am a potent force. I am unstoppable. I have nothing to be afraid of. This truth that I am, cannot be hurt. So what have I been worried about? I’m done with worrying.
Jane Anetrini

“Through our living example we invite the world to know the unity of love manifesting in the patterns of truth.” There are a lot of people who are proclaiming all around the world that “all we need is love.” I think there’s plenty of it around, but what about the manifestation of it through the patterns of truth?

“All we need is love. So let’s not talk about what you believe and let’s not talk about what I believe, and we’ll just love each other and see if it will manifest something.” It’s a good starting place, because at least it puts down the fight. But if you want to create together, you will find a passionate desire to create with someone who loves what you love, holds what it is that’s important to you, and will manifest your destiny together.

You are a wonder. You are clothed in glory; and I see it. Let’s go be about that. If I deny that truth, if I live believing “I’m the good person here, and you will only be good if you are like me,” my life will be a failure. Judgment aside, there isn’t anybody else like me. And there is no one else like you either. Therefore we are remembering who we are, not just in our uniqueness but in our oneness. The patterns of truth tie it all together—tie us all together. Let us remember who we are, live our destiny and build a sun together.

Excellence has to do with manifestation. It is about allowing what could be to be present, to manifest here and now, in and through a person and in their world. Until potential has manifested, it may be a hope or a dream, but a person doesn’t have the experience of excellence. Because even though hopes and dreams can be wonderful, excellence is about manifesting possibility.

To know excellence in living requires that a person go through a process that is a kind of remembering. It is a remembering of what is true, a vivid awareness of what is true about oneself and other people. This kind of remembering evokes the abiding belief that despite any past experience to the contrary, the truth of my life, the truth of all life, is glorious.

Excellence also requires that we use our strength as human beings to let what we are remembering be realized here and now. The way a person uses their strength is a critical choice for anyone. Our strength is for excellence, for manifestation. Ultimately, our strength is in service to a potential that is not just about ourselves but about the whole of the world in which we live.

From: Let Love Live
Rich Kenny
August 9, 2010

Love is the truth of you. Love loves to love. Whatever else is happening in your circumstance, it is an opportunity for love to be present. In your circumstance, the only way you can ensure that love is present is if you bring love. The only way you can bring love is to know and express the fact that you are love. You don’t just have love. That’s the truth of who you are. You are love.

How is my life, my circumstance, my situation, inner and outer, perfect for the expression of love? In the tougher, knottier, uncomfortable, painful situations in your life, it is not easy to ask this question. I suggest you ask it anyway, because it could open a chink in the prison walls and let a little light, not in, but out. Once it starts going out, nothing can stop love. Love is unstoppable. We can stop ourselves from being the truth of love, but love itself cannot be stopped.

Let love live. Live holds the essence of both stillness and activity, of dynamism, of being and doing. When we settle into a place of truly being one with life, isn’t that what it’s like? The deep stillness of our meditation isn’t void, with nothing happening; it’s very dynamic. We find that, born of the power of love, in the womb of truth, you emerge in life—you live.

From: The Transparent Heart
David Karchere
August 16, 2010

If love is going to live through a person, they must have a transparent heart. A person’s heart turns transparent when they have a radical openness to love in a cosmic context. And if you have the opportunity to meet someone who has that quality of openness, there is something remarkable that comes through them. There is light, there is illumination, there is a joy that seems to be coming from someplace else.

To have the experience of the transparent heart yourself, you have to surrender to what is most important to you. You have to open to the wellspring of your own creativity. You have to decide that is more important to you than anything else. And if anything else is getting in the way, you have to get it out of the way.

The world needs people who bring a transparent emotional realm—a feeling environment that isn’t filled with the usual storms that ravage the human heart. Personal mastery includes the ability to say to the internal storm, “That is enough. Silence. There is something that is looking to come through me in blessing to my world and to the people in it that means much more than my reaction to this. My heart is given to love in a cosmic context so that could come through into my world, in blessing, so that the factors that bring peace could come into my world.”

From: The Transparent Heart
David Karchere
August 16, 2010

We are cosmic beings, beings of cosmic proportion. It is a pleasure and a fulfillment of who I am to be incarnate in human flesh. There are opportunities that we have here that we would not have otherwise. Incarnating in human form should not convince any of us that we are defined by our human experience. We are not. We inform this human experience with the stature of who we are.

There needs to be a priesthood that brings stillness and brings assistance to others, to help them sense and feel and know their own cosmic stature because there is the transparent heart through which it may be sensed. We are the priesthood of the transparent heart. Or, we might say, the Priesthood of the Sacred Veil. Why a veil? Because the emotional experience of human beings has blocked off, veiled the cosmic experience. But it becomes a transparent veil when the true priesthood is present.

So we are forming that priesthood on earth, and we have been doing so in this lifetime—and, if truth were known, for many lifetimes. The Prince of Peace came to gather this priesthood. We came to be this priesthood.

From: One Beast, One Angel
David Karchere
August 23, 2010

The field of human conscious is transformed through prayer. Your life, your family, your world—your prayer changes it all. We have that power, each of us, if we will avail ourselves of it. Another way to make reference to that creative power is to speak of it as the Creative Word. In a spiritual context, the Word includes the speaking of words. But the power of the Word goes beyond just the speaking of words. The Word is the power of prayer we each have that transforms consciousness.

This world needs the power of prayer in human consciousness. And why? It is because there’s something in the nature of human beings that is a beast. We can see the beastliness at large in the world. There is a quality of human character that seems to be bent on destruction, both self-destruction and the destruction of others.

We invoke the power of prayer to transform human consciousness, beginning with our own. It’s the power of the Word that is sourced in the fact that there is One whose consciousness this is. For us personally and individually, we could say, “This is my consciousness, for my use. These are my feelings, my thoughts. This is my life. I created it. I have power over it because it is mine. And this human nature that has been a beast, a beast that eats a person up inside, is mine, for my use. And the power that I have ascribed to this beastly nature is my power.”

From: One Beast, One Angel
David Karchere
August 23, 2010

It may seem as though you are all alone in confronting the beast in your life. But there is one beast. It is not just your beast, it is the beast. And it isn’t just you confronting it. The one angel has already confronted the one beast. The angel created the human capacity that has taken on beastly attributes. It serves the purposes of the beast for you to think it’s just your little individual beast or that it is just a beast in someone else; because when you really know that all around the world there is one beast and one angel, for you, the contest is over.

At that point, you can hear and speak the voice of the angel that says, “This body of humanity is mine, and everything about it is mine, for my expression, for the fulfillment of my purposes on the earth, to bring my spirit. This body is here to bring the vibration of cosmic love. This body is mine. And because it’s mine, I do not have to fight with it. I possess it.” Where there are people who see that and know it, the contest is over.

A friend of ours says that the elders in the circle have to disbelieve. They have to disbelieve that the beast has any power other than that which we give it. This creative field we share is a field for transformation because there are elders here; elders who hold this field and create a context where other people can awaken to who they are, so that people around the world can find, consciously or unconsciously, that their thought and feeling are drawn to the creative field held by the one angel.

From: Love In a Cosmic Context
Jane Anetrini
August 30, 2010

Love is a cosmic experience. If you think of yourself as stardust, sunlight, and cosmic, can you see yourself also as a complete energy unit?—someone who is capable of letting love live, because what energizes the unit is love, because love is who we are, it is what we do, it is what we create with.

When we let love live, our life force grows instead of becoming depleted. We are meant to live a life with the increasing capacity to be all of who we are in the world. What we focus on, grows. If you focus on what you don’t love, that will grow. If you focus on the things that irritate you, irritation will grow. If you focus on what you love, what you love will grow.

We can choose to open ourselves to the cosmic context in which we live, and to the love that is present there. It is there for us to know and magnify, and to yield to in our life. Can you think of yourself as a cosmic being, as opposed to just a physical being, a powerful being that magnifies as you grow in experience and loving? That is the greatness for which I long, filling out the design of love on this earth, in this body of living love.

From: Love Expressing
Steve Short
July 6, 2010

Love is about relationship. I believe for love to be real it has to be exercised in relationship. I have a hard time imagining that God, however you imagine God in this infinite universe, is lonely. However, I believe there is a great deal of loneliness experienced within the body of mankind, a body that was created for God’s expression, a means for God to be in expression on this planet. To the degree that loneliness has existed within the body of mankind, I believe we have it within our power to do something about it.

There may be things that we need to overcome internally and culturally to truly love one another—to let a current of love flow between us. For love to flow it has to be more than a feeling. It needs to go to another level, the level of actually expressing love. It has to be expressed to be known by us and others—not just felt. We are designed to be the vehicle for that. It does have to get real. So let’s get real about the expression of love. Let’s get real about what is flowing between us.

I have to ask the question: Do you really want to make this real? If the answer to the question is yes, it requires commitment. It requires the willingness to overcome the obstacles in my own inner landscape, my own inner dynamic, and the cultural limitations that I may bump up against. I believe that commitment is essential: I see you, I appreciate you, I know what you love, I love what you love. Therefore I am going to stand in this with you, no matter what comes. I am not going to give up on you, and I ask that you not give up on me.

From: True Unity in the One
Phil Richardson
July 12, 2010

Sport is very powerful unifying force, and it can also be a powerful dividing force when teams and their supporters are in competition. In the political arena people are drawn together in shared agreement about policies relative to governance of an area or country, but politics can also be divisive and can lead to major conflict in a country when there are strong political differences. And so too with religion—shared beliefs can bring people closer together but create rifts between people of differing beliefs. War itself has been a unifying factor in the world over millennia but, at the same time, divisive and very destructive.

Maybe these various experiences of unity do give us a small taste of what might be possible as an ongoing experience if we were to base our oneness in something that was constant, something that was trustworthy. But the divisive forces in the world have been very strong, and right at the centre of those divisive forces are the solid structures in consciousness—the concepts and beliefs and prejudices that set people or groups of people aside from each other.

True freedom and oneness are only to be found through the unifying power of love, not by finding agreement in shared concepts and beliefs. True freedom and oneness are not found in the soccer stadium or in the churches and synagogues and temples and mosques, without the unifying power of love being present in consciousness. When that spirit of oneness is accepted into experience and expression, true freedom and oneness can be found everywhere—no division, no individuals, just unique expressions of the One.

From: Wildness
Jane Anetrini
July 19, 2010

Having drummers holding a steady beat that you are playing around, on top of, inside of—it is ecstasy! Have you ever had the experience of being wild in your own expression because something else was being held and you felt safe, and you knew that the wildness was going to serve all? We need to find a way to welcome the wildness of everybody by holding and caring for the container in which the wildness can come. Then people can say, “Hey, that’s me! I did that! We did it together, and I played my part.”

You have to be both disciplined and free to have that experience. Our cultural background or our family background may hold us back in either of those areas. And it is possible that there are ways in which you see yourself that need to be “wilded up.” There may be ways you approach your life that need to be freed up, knowing that a staid approach to life may have served you in the past, but that’s not necessarily true in this context. It may not be true for you now.

Our service to the world is to think new thoughts about how we can be creative and bring the highest and finest we have to life on earth, and then do it. That’s your heartbeat, your life beat, the highest and finest that can manifest through you when you say yes, I will. I will bring my wildness, my newness, because I love to be part of the dance.

From: Through the Storm
David Karchere
July 26, 2010

How much joy and fulfillment can you stand to have in your life? How about raising our capacity to endure joy, to endure life and fulfillment? I’m not talking about a sugar-sweet happy experience. I’m talking about real joy, real life, real fulfillment. Can we tolerate that?

All too many people have the belief that they have to trudge through life the way they have been. Maybe we could take the lid off and, in a very real way, experience something different, experience something more, share more with our friends, and blow by some of those ceilings that have been operative in our life. We prove to ourselves that it is possible when we do it. We don’t have to go looking for a storm; but if one arises, perhaps it is an opportunity for our victory.

The larger part of who we are knows that there are limitations that are unnatural to us as a human being. The larger part of us knows that we can take the actions in our life now that preserve life, that bring the deepest joy and fulfillment. We can face the storms that may arise and meet them with courage and victory.

From: I Am Building a Sun
David Karchere
June 7, 2010

As we hear the voice that speaks with us and give it utterance, we speak with one voice. We are expanding the borders of our tent. It is ultimately one voice and one tent. That tent is not an organization. That tent includes all people everywhere who hear the voice of truth that speaks with them. All such people are our brothers and sisters. All are welcome in this tent.

It simply requires the openness, the yieldedness and surrender, to hear the voice that speaks with us, to listen unwaveringly and then give it steady expression in our living. With accord, peace and serenity, we can find a new level of honesty with other people so that we can say what is so. We can speak about everything we need to speak about together, because there is the surround of the sun that holds it all. The radiance of the sun turns friction to fusion, and our fusion brings the radiant release of the power of love, the power of the sun.

From: I Am Building a Sun
David Karchere
June 7, 2010

Here are five statements from the perspective of being a sun.

I am expanding the borders of my tent.

I’m expanding what I’m willing to touch. The world of what I love and include and bless is growing.

I am extending my vibration into new territory.

The energy that moves through me is touching people and places that it hasn’t touched before.

I am moving the hearts of people as they have never been moved before.

The voice that speaks in and through me brings blessing that transforms emotion. I am inspiring the great desire to let the radiance of the sun flood through.

I am building a sun.

I am calling to my world and its people to join together in accord, to be a sun in living expression.

I am bringing what is mine to me.

There are circumstances, there is physical substance, and there are people who are meant to be part of a sun.

From: Profound Positive Influence
David Karchere
June 14, 2010

When a person becomes serious about their positive influence on others, they discover that there are two qualities that are essential. Blessing and wisdom. And when those two qualities are present, there can be the power of positive influence—the power to change someone’s life. Blessing is a quality of warmth that flows to the feeling realm of another. It is the simple attitude that I care what happens to you. I care for your well-being. It matters to me. I wish you well. You are worthy of being loved. Blessing occurs when your radiance as a person touches the heart of another.

When you bring wisdom to another person you are seeing the truth of who they are. You are seeing past the roles they play. You are seeing past their mistakes and limitations and their wounds. You may notice those things, but when you bring wisdom to another person, you are seeing what is right with them, you see that there is the possibility of something great occurring in their future. Despite the adversities they may be facing, in the midst of whatever challenges are present, they have the opportunity for the fulfillment of their life.

When we bring the qualities of wisdom and blessing, we have the opportunity to make a creative difference in someone else’s life. We have inherited that power. All that is left is to acknowledge it and to be willing to use that power in a creative way.

From: Profound Positive Influence
David Karchere
June 14, 2010

There is only one thing to which we can submit our strength that will empowers us. That one thing is the life force within us—the generous Spirit within us. We can submit totally and completely to that. When we do, we become powerful, though not coercively powerful. True power is flanked by wisdom and blessing. When we are in a state of submission to the spirit at our core, our strength and our power show up, flanked by our wisdom and our blessing. We show up powerfully in people’s lives and we have the capacity to change somebody’s life. To give them back their life. Because if a person hasn’t submitted their life to their own Spirit, they have, in effect, stolen their life from themselves. We have a chance to play a part in letting them give it back. Letting them give their life back to themselves.

You can have a profound positive influence on the people in your world. There is a part of every person that desires this more than anything. That is the radiance of the sun in us—the radiance of our core spiritual nature. Our core is characterized by generosity in all things, and that is why it is easier for us to be generous than to be self-centered. It is a tribute to the tangled web of human thinking that so many people have not yet figured this out.

Are you whole? ARE YOU WHOLE? If so, it simply means we’ve accepted ourselves as we were created: perfect, in the image and likeness of the Creator. What shall it be? The wholeness allows fusion to happen within ourselves, fusion with the truth of ourselves revealed through ourselves. And that is the basis for our collective Grail, our collective chalice.

These are the last days, aren’t they? What are they the last days of? Some are praying for Jesus or whoever to come down and fix things up. That’s kind of the wimpy attitude: We just have to wait. It’s actually the last days of human nature being the guiding force in human experience. It’s the last days of the separated self, of imagining ourselves to be apart from the Source of Being. It’s the last days of people being less than they were born to be. And that’s dependent entirely upon God pouring out “my Spirit upon all flesh.”

That requires a whole vessel. Individually we are whole. We are one in spirit with all those in this world who are whole and have accepted their identity as a whole being, as the manifestation of Spirit in this world, the representation of the truth of love in flesh. You bet that there’s quite a pouring out when that happens. And that is why we’re here. That’s the source of our fulfillment; it’s the source of our joy; it’s the fulfillment of our purpose and our destiny—to be the whole vessel, the Grail chalice, which is the means for the manifestation of the Creator in this world, the Spirit of God poured out upon all flesh.

From: The Grail Cup
David Karchere
June 28, 2010

In the Arthurian legend, the Grail cup was lost. The Grail is the capacity of a person that holds the wine of life, which is their indwelling spirit, and lets it overflow. Could it be that the Grail seems to be lost because in human experience it is broken? That we are living with the pieces of the Grail that are the parts of ourselves which, when fused, could hold the spirit within us in a life-giving way?

You cannot have fusion without heat in the emotional body. I’ve never seen someone experience spiritual transmutation without white-hot passion of the heart for the experience of the inner spiritual nature, a passion that cuts a person to the quick inside so that the things that have been rock-hard in them can melt and there is liquid substance available for the person’s thinking and for the forms of a person’s life. We are not meant to take the rock-hard attitudes, beliefs and patterns of behavior that people have, put them next to each other and hope we can build something that way. No, the Grail is not made out of solid building blocks. It is formed out of molten liquid. The passionate love of our spiritual nature, given and received, is what melts us inside.

That was the brilliance of what Uranda brought. His way of naming the work of Emissaries of Divine Light was to call it the spiritual-expression-plane approach. We weren’t going to do this by thinking our way through it, or even by what we did physically in the world, although both those things play a part. The work of this program was going to happen through our spiritual capacity. That’s where the fire shows up.

From: The Grail Cup
David Karchere
June 28, 2010

In the creative process in a person’s spiritual journey, for every person there come times in their life when they notice that their Grail cup is cracked. They are not holding the fullness of their own spirit. The intensity of life is not being held well and it is leaking out. The person’s capacity to hold intensity seems inadequate in light of the circumstances of their life. That is a sign that a person is ripe for fusion. It is time for them to expose their inside, their depths, to the fire of their spiritual nature. It is time to develop a personal practice, whatever that may be, which let’s that happen.

If this is such a time for you, or even for the group of people with whom you find yourself, you cannot think your way through this time, even though you might like to. Your thoughts alone cannot turn your insides to molten liquid. What you think plays a part in your transformation, but it is the heat of your spiritual core brought into your emotional body that lets the Grail cup be formed more fully in you.

What comes through your spiritual nature and mine is supreme. It must be sovereign in our life. If it is, the substance of consciousness turns molten. And then we can think brilliant thoughts, because there is the molten substance available with which to think creatively. If there isn’t the molten substance of consciousness available, we are rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic and thinking we’re being original and making a difference. But the thoughts we are thinking are just recycled from the human world if a person has not exposed their insides to the fire of the sun that burns in them.

From: Ordinary People With Extraordinary Character

Leandro Castro
April 25, 2010

What is running our lives? Is it our personality or is it our character? Here is a very good way to know: If you are stuck in unhappiness or if you are not having joy in your life, you may be letting your personality run your life, not your character. There are elements of personality that are created by the ego in survival mode. So if the personality is controlling your life, you stop the flow of the river for you. If you are running your life with your personality, you will find yourself with fleeting and counterfeit happiness. And if something you think is good happens, you have that kind of happiness. If something that you did not like happens, you are sad. So you depend on the circumstances outside of yourself. Character brings happiness and joy because this is who you are. It is your character that brings whatever you need to bring to any of the circumstances of life.

You can check yourself out when you are asked, “How are you doing; how is your life going?” If you find you are talking about what is happening outside of yourself and allowing that to define you, you are talking about your personality. But if you are saying what your attitude is in these circumstances, you may be talking about yourself, about your greatness and about your character. You get to choose your attitude, and your attitude determines the altitude at which you are living. It determines the place from which you are carrying your world. It determines what spirit you invoke in your life. It determines what you are affirming and it shapes your prayers. You get to choose that. This choice is a great gift we can remember to embrace all through our lives.

From: The Opening

Rich Kenny
May 2, 2010

When we look around in our world, aren’t we witnessing a rising, an increase in vibration of human consciousness? We witness it, we participate in it and, as we play our part, we’re a living invitation to others. What is rising now in human consciousness is building towards a critical mass that will create a tipping point. We are getting close; and at this tipping point there will be no going back. There will be no more forgetting, no more slipping into a self-centered life. The flow will continue to completion, but its completion will be assured. We are in the end days. Not in a destructive “hellfire and brimstone” way that may be imagined. The end days are the end of having a small, limited, painful life experience. The end of that is at hand.

How do we have that experience individually, and then collectively? We find it when we have the conscious experience of being in a holy place continuously. We know the deepest truth of ourselves as the Truth of Love, beyond theory, in that holy place. Theory is wonderful, but the experience is what is needed. We find that experience in the holy place. This is not a geographical place. The core essence of your nature is the Being that resides, ever present, in the holy place.

From: The Opening

Rich Kenny
May 2, 2010

We find the holy place by opening. It is already present, perhaps a bit underused. The gates may creak when they open. Grime, grit and rust in those hinges will wear off with use. Open those gates and you know the holy place and the truth of your true being. This is a requirement to fulfill your purpose. How do you open the gates? They say that praise and thanksgiving open the gates to the holy place. I find that to be absolutely true. I have a specific gratitude practice in my life to let the presence of the spirit of gratitude build in me, so that I can evoke that spirit in any moment. As I do, I am in the holy place.

And if we slip out of the holy place, or if we let the holy place slip away from our experience, let’s forgive ourselves. That is what allows us to regain the experience as soon as possible. Any forgetting, any small transgression becomes meaningless as soon as we forgive it and move back to the holy place. The Master’s attitude towards what was done in his experience was “Father, forgive them; they don’t know.” They don’t know. Whatever it is, the circumstance, the thing, the feeling, the thought—it just doesn’t know. It comes to you to know. We must not push it away, divert it, handle it later. Now is the time to bring to our life the light of what we know as we are in the holy place.

From: To Be of Service

David Karchere
April 25, 2010

Here are three things to think about if you want to review what life is about, or if your life seems to stop making sense. They are three things that address the reason for a human life.

We are here for the pleasure and fulfillment of the Creator. And when we acknowledge that, we realize that we are an aspect of the Creator, and this is our pleasure and fulfillment as well.

Where you or I have an attitude of service and know that we are serving something that has meaning and purpose that is larger than us, we find that we have the opportunity to experience the pleasure and the fulfillment of that larger reality.

Therefore, it is important to harmonize with the creative principles by which that pleasure and fulfillment is brought.

Our intention to be of service leads us to the wisdom that lets our service be effective. There are ways of thinking and acting that bring pleasure and fulfillment and there are ways that don’t. The attitude and feelings of appreciation and generosity, the experience of taking joy in other people’s pleasure and fulfillment, does bring us pleasure and fulfillment.

Nothing else matters.

We are here to do something beautiful in our life and to help other people do something beautiful and wonderful in theirs. We are here to create something glorious. Nothing else really matters but the pleasure and fulfillment of what and who we are serving.

From: Being a Sun

David Karchere
May 24, 2010

What your world, and the people in it, need most from you is for you to be a sun. It is the most natural thing for you to do to bring your warmth, your light, and the gravity of who you are. And when you do, you provide a point of orientation for your world. Any shortcomings or limitations you believe you have don’t stop you from being a sun. And as you are a sun in your world, any shortcomings and limitations have a way of being transformed and transmuted. They do not stop you from being a sun.

We can become aware that there are people around the world who have awakened to the reality that they are born to be suns. In fact, we are born to build One Sun. Not just a sun for your world. Not just a sun for my world. One Sun for THE world. Are you ready to be a Sun builder? The world needs such a Sun.

Every time people have come together for this grand task, there has been friction among them. People resist their own calling to be a sun. They fight with other people who have that same calling. As the gravity of the One Sun calls us together, there is always friction. Expect it! As Sun builders, our job is to transform friction to fusion. Let the gravity of the One Sun that brings us together bring fusion.

From: The Spirit of the Mother

David Karchere
May 2, 2010

Currently, there is a giant oil spill in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico. When you see it on television you may want to change the channel. You may not want to see it or think about it because it is so sad that many life forms in the Gulf are dying, and this event is greatly impacting people’s lives. How does this event seem to Mother Earth? This oil spill is not something that is happening outside of her. It is happening in her body. If we share an affinity with that spirit, it is something that is happening within our body. It’s certainly something happening in our conscious awareness. It is present in our thoughts and feelings, and it is something happening in us.

I am confident that Mother Earth will find a way to cleanse herself of the oil leaking out into the Gulf, in her own time, in her own way. We have that power in our lives if we bring that great spirit of the Mother which holds all things. We can hold the creative process with the same grace and assurance in which the Earth Mother holds them, knowing the reason for it all. And what is the reason for the creative process? It’s all for the pleasure and the fulfillment of the Creator. There is something wonderful that is coming out of it all. That’s what someone who is masterful in life knows. Yes, there are things coming into form and there are things passing away. But there is a greater glory showing itself here that is bringing the pleasure and the fulfillment of the Creator, which we share as we honor the Spirit of Truth, which is the spirit of the Mother within ourselves.

From: The Spiritual Axis at Our Core

David Karchere
March 21, 2010

It’s interesting that the word whirl and world are close in sound. Our world is whirling. Certainly, our physical world revolves around an axis. But from an energetic standpoint, our personal world revolves around an axis too. For us personally, if that axis, energetically and spiritually, is not fully present, our world can go wobbly. The strength of our own personal axis depends on our listening and hearing what is happening at the very heart and core of who we are. We have that to bring to our world, and our world needs it.

This plays out in all kinds of ways. I’ve been thinking about the world we hold with other people, in whatever configurations, whether it is a family, a community, or an organization of some kind. If we are wise, then wherever we work together collectively we find ways to let the voice that would speak out of the whirlwind—out of the center of what’s happening—speak. We look to find ways to give voice to what is most central in the circumstance—most central in terms of vision and wisdom, but also what’s most central energetically and spiritually—because it is not only a matter of information; it is a matter of energy. It is the energy of love that can hold the central axis for any group of people. It doesn’t matter what group we are talking about, the dynamic of that group will go wobbly if love is not held at the center of it and if there is not the wisdom that comes from that central love.

From: The Spiritual Axis at Our Core

David Karchere
March 21, 2010

It changes you when you stand in the midst of the whirlwind. It changes you to realize “I’m responsible, not just for my little thing—I’m responsible for all of it.” With that realization comes the understanding that I can’t control it all, at least not in the usual ways. I can’t make everybody do what I think they are supposed to do. I can’t make things turn out the way I think they should. So it grows you and transforms you. It makes you very religious! “I’ll just pray!” I will be still enough to discover faculties in me that I will only discover by standing at the center of things. Not standing there, you couldn’t begin to understand how you could do it. Standing there, you come up with all kinds of magical faculties you didn’t know you had. We have had those faculties all along, but they will lie dormant until such time as we stand in the midst of the whirlwind and take responsibility for the creative field that can only be held from that place.

There is an imperative to take a step into the center of things and see what happens when you hold your world from that place. For the world in which we live, we are made to be like the invisible axis that runs through the earth. There is not really an axis in the earth in the sense of something physical. There is no steel rod that runs through the center of the earth. But there is an energetic axis. That axis is beautifully symbolic of the most central dynamic that runs through us. They won’t find it in there if they operate, but there is a spiritual reality in us that is the very core of who we are. Our world needs that from us, and we have the opportunity of living and speaking and acting from that place.

From: Personal Focus

David Karchere
April 4, 2010

This planet Earth that we stand upon revolves around an invisible axis. As far as we know, there is no rod of iron or anything else running through the Earth, around which it is rotating. But there is an invisible axis, and some wobble in that axis, apparently not so much as to cause total chaos.

The central axis is obviously important for the life of Planet Earth. And so it is with us individually, and with us as the body of humanity. In a different way, we are meant not only to have an axis but to honor what is central to us and let it have meaning and application in our life. In turn, we are meant to be that for our world. Individually, our world does revolve around us, for better or for worse. It is becoming increasingly apparent that Planet Earth revolves around humanity as a whole.

So we are here to see and acknowledge and accept what is most central in our life, and let it be most central. That is experienced as a place of stillness and a place of quiet power. When we are in that place, we open ourselves to the wisdom that is at our core and it is easy to allow the flow of that wisdom to inform our lives.

From: Personal Focus

David Karchere
April 4, 2010

Love is a name for what deserves to be central in anybody’s life—not just the affectionate kind of Love, though Love includes that. I mean Love, the power of the universe, Love which is the central axis for this Earth and which deserves to be the central axis of anybody’s life.

I’m speaking of the power of Love from which is born all wisdom, and any wisdom. In fact, I’ve come to know there is no wisdom that is not born of Love. When we allow that to be central in our life personally, we make the commitment that Love will have a place to live in me. It will be protected from anything that would corrupt it in my experience. I will honor that quality, that experience, that spirit, above all else. When a person makes that commitment, Love can live in them. And when a group of people make that simple pledge, Love shows itself in that group.

We do become wise in what you might say are the ways of Love—wise in how we let Love live in our life and create, uplift and buoy other people, bringing the power to change our world, the power to make new.

From: Come to the Feast

Jane Anetrini
March 28, 2010

If you take the opportunity to allow yourself to be poured into the creative process, so that you reveal the highest and finest and most holy, and most connected, most loving part of yourself, things also will be revealed that are incomplete and need to be moved out, so that you can be conscious, as opposed to just having a learned conscience. You have the opportunity to be conscious of the fact that what you do has an impact on your world, and realize that the revelation of yourself can be holy and incomplete, all at the same time, so that as the holiness is revealed, the incomplete parts get to be in the process too.

In the human experience, in our experience, it is common that people judge themselves so heavily that they are cautious about stepping into their world in a big way. Or they wait until they think they’re good enough to do it. They don’t want to reveal themselves, afraid that it will be revealed to other people, as well as themselves, that they are not whole and complete and finished with their process. Has anyone here waited until they thought they were perfect before they did something? Have you sung in the shower forever before deciding to sing in public? Have you practiced a speech until you knew every word by heart? To engage with your life you have to engage with your life and see what happens. You have to stop waiting.

From: Come to the Feast

Jane Anetrini
March 28, 2010

I miss you.
You see me and come so close,
You set the table and speak about the meal.
You reminisce of past union and connection,
Of the sweetness and power we knew,
Of the celebration held in another’s home,
And I am here, waiting.

You say it is not time,
You are waiting for the others,
You say you’ve done enough,
And yet the dinner is not served.
Oh how like the ride into Jerusalem this is,
Filled with praise and anticipation,
And yet denial and rejection sit waiting on that same tongue.

Here is your breath ready for the taking,
Here is your heartbeat,
Strong and steady,
Allowing you to make a choice;
Here is the opportunity for the feast fully ready to be shared.

But you wait
Having lost your mind or heart
Or your connection to the purpose of the feast.

While memories of days gone by may stir you into action
They will not sate the hunger for life’s celebration now.

You must serve the food;
You must serve me,
You must join me at the table and commune.
Then, once again,
Like in the tale of the loaves and the fishes,
There is abundance in the house again.

When the others come,
Whoever they are, things will change
And still we should not wait.

I do not want to spend eternity waiting,
Missing you.
I will continue to send you messages of love
But you must serve the meal.
I am in this house…waiting.

From: Opening Gateways for Spiritual Generation

David Karchere
April 18, 2010

In one of his talks, Uranda suggests that for most people, as they come into adulthood, the generation of pneumaplasm is no longer on automatic and so often it slows down greatly. Life gives us conscious responsibility for generating pneumaplasm at that point. It is as if our life force says, “I’ve taken care of this for you, but now you’re going to have to be consciously involved.” One of the reasons for Emissaries of Divine Light is to call people’s attention to the opportunity to build their own energetic body. People are often conscious about putting money in the bank. But they are not so aware about investing in this energetic reservoir that is so crucial to living a fulfilled life.

We each have the opportunity to generate pneumaplasm personally, and in that sense to put money in our bank. I’m impressed with the fairness of life. When we bring a blessing into our world, we generate pneumaplasm by doing it. We put money in the bank when we’re of service. We put money in the bank when we’re loving, when we offer care to other people. And where there’s something brought into the world that’s less than creative, we are eroding the body of substance that we carry. When we take away from the experience of other people, we rob money from our own bank. The laws of the human world don’t always seem just, but the laws of life always are. When we harmonize with them we participate joyfully in that justice.

From: Opening Gateways for Spiritual Generation

David Karchere
April 18, 2010

We can have a profound influence on someone’s life simply by what we believe about them. Do we believe that the person could change? Do we believe that at the core of the person is someone who is a being of love, someone who is genuine and authentic? Here are three other attitudes and actions that open gateways for spiritual generation.

Openness to Something New and Wonderful: It is a very simple matter, but if we walk through our life not believing that there is something new and wonderful that is showing itself, we have shut a gateway for spiritual generation. If you can assist a person to see what is showing itself in a creative way in their life, you will have assisted them to reopen this gateway for generation.

Aspiration: A person who is generating rich pneumaplasm in their life is aspiring to something more. They are saying to themselves, “I have more to give; I have something of higher quality to give than I have yet given. I could be a bigger person. I could bring more of the quality of the spirit that I love into the world. I could be a greater cause for good in my world than I’ve been. I aspire to see more than I’m seeing today, to be wiser than I am.”

Generosity: When a person values the gift that they bring to the world, and is willing to give it, that builds pneumaplasm. The ultimate fulfillment of our life is our generous service. What we know may be wonderful. The intention we hold for our life can be wonderful. But the fulfillment of our life is in what we actually follow through on and do. A person’s pneumaplasmic body builds and strengthens when they see things all the way to completion.
